Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds for cancellations requested after 8/1/08. A 50% refund of the booth fee may be granted if a cancellation request is received by the API from 7/15/08 through 7/31/08. A full refund (less $25 to cover expenses incurred by the API) may be granted at the API's discretion for a cancellation request received before 7/15/08.

By purchasing an artist's display booth you are allowed to sell original poster art ONLY. You may not sell band merchandise, band t-shirts, CDs or other non-studio related materials. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Failure to abide by these guidelines can result in ejection from the event. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STATE OF WASHINTON REQUIRES EACH EXHIBITOR TO COLLECT SALES TAX AND TO REMIT IT TO THE STATE.
