FLOOD 'n' PULL- Recent Screenprints by members of the American Poster Institute

The American Poster Institute and the School of Visual Concepts are proud to announce a large group show featuring over 100 most recent works by U.S. and international API members using the screenprinting medium. The rock poster is alive and well and visiting Seattle from Aug. 27th - Oct. 26th.

Although the main focus is on how this easy to adapt process is used to print poster art, Andy will give attendees a peek into the wide variety of other applications this ancient print method is still used for. From solar and hydrogen fuel cells to every electronic appliance you own, CDs to stop signs to t-shirts to shower doors, the oldest print method is still a vibrant and essential part of the visual landscape in our lives.
